Sterling, the company’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, is a native of St. Louis, MO. Following high school he joined the United States Army, where he served as an enlisted Soldier in the 75th Ranger Regiment for six years before earning commission as an Army officer. He has been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan four times in support of the Global War on Terrorism, and is currently still serving in the military on Active Duty. He holds a MPA in Public Administration and a BS in Applied Computer Science.
Tiffany, the company’s Operations Advisor, is a native of Columbus, GA. She is the wife of Sterling and mother of their three children. She currently works full-time as the company’s Operations Advisor and a stay at home mom. She holds a BA in Biology.
Sterling and Tiffany started their real estate career in 2016, when faced with the decision to sale or rent their home following the receipt of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders. Ultimately, they decided to keep their house, and took a chance renting it out. In 2018, Sterling became inspired to invest in real estate through conversations with one of his colleagues. He spent the next year and a half educating himself in business and real estate investing. On May 3, 2019, S&T Realty LLC. was formed. The company purchased its first property in a cash deal on August 13, 2019.
